THE JUDAS HOUR IS HERE
The Judas hour, refers to the deeds (betrayal) by Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve disciples of Jesus the Christ in Matt. 26:14-16. According to Matt. 27:9-10, Jeremiah prophesied about the betrayal of someone for thirty pieces of silver and that person was Jesus Christ. In Mk. 14:10-11; 43-49, it states, “And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them. And when they heard it, they were glad and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.” Judas betrayed Jesus Christ physically at the time, but today at his return people will betray him again, by betraying the truth of the gospel, the word of God. Money will be involved also; greed is the high priest. In betrayal, deceit is involved; loyalty and faithfulness are exchanged for temporary satisfaction. Judas hanged himself, but now the betrayal will land some with the mark of the beast and death in the lake of fire; total and permanent separation from God. The price of betrayal can be final. In verse 44, “And he that betrayed him had given them a token, saying, whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he; take him, and lead him away safely.” Someone in the inner circle, of the twelve, fell in betrayal. Like Lucifer, satan, was in the inner circle of God in heaven: But betrayed, his trust in God, and suffered been cast out of heaven and will end in the lake of fire; in total damnation. So sad to betray God. Now at this end of the age the Judas hour is here again. Will you betray God again, like Judas with a kiss, and stand with the Lord’s detractors?
Matt. 27:3-5 reads, “Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priest and elders, saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, what is that to us? See thou to that. And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed and went and hanged himself.”
In Lk. 22:40-48, “—— And when he rose from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow; And said unto them, why sleep ye? Rise and pray, lest ye fall into temptation. And while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him. But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayeth thou the Son of man with a kiss?” At one point Judas was in the inner circle of the Lord, one of the twelve. So close to the kingdom but fell away through betrayal. Many are close to the Lord today, just as the translation is approaching but there is a coming of the fall away. Betrayal hour is here and many will give Jesus another kiss of betrayal, the Judas kiss. The Judas hour is around the corner.
In John 18:1-5, Jesus Christ resorted to his usual place of prayer, the Garden of Gethsemane, “—-_- And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus often times resorted there with his disciples. Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and touches and weapons. Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, whom seek ye? They answered, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also which betrayed him, STOOD WITH THEM.” Can you imagine he who ate bread with you and drank with you and was given part of the ministry of the gospel; when the twelve were commissioned to go preach and deliver the people? What went wrong you may ask? It was from the foundation of the world. Study Eph.1:1-14 and see about predestination, inheritance and the sealing by the Holy Spirit of promise. Be sure you are anchored in Christ; other will betray him again.
Remember John 2: 24-25, “But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men. And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.” You can see that even Jesus said, I have chosen you all (the twelve disciples) but one of you is a devil, (John 6:70). God knows those who will betray him in these last days. Some have had wonderful ministries, some have stood for Christ all along, but the hour of temptation is here now. Many people will fall away from the true word of God, but still be manifesting signs and wonders. But only the Lord knows the heart, Judas deceived the other disciples who called him brother, but Jesus knew all men, from the beginning.
Watch Judas carry the money bag and ended up with thirty pieces of silver. Be careful about your love for money in these last days. Judas had a different gospel. He once complained about the alabaster oil that was used in anointing Christ, as a waste, and should have been stood and given to the poor. Jesus said, the poor you always have with you, but not me. Be careful about the influence money has over you. The chief priest and Pharisees of today are seeking for ways to betray Christ, in the believer again; and be paid money. Some have already collected the thirty pieces of silver today and are compromising the word of God, in devilish ways. Some are even mending the doctrines of Christ to enlarge the entrance to the lake of fire. Many have sold their smaller groups to larger ones for money and unholy privileges. The members as sheep to the slaughter have no idea that they are heading for the gallows.
This is the Judas hour; the hour of temptation that shall come upon the world of today, to test and if possible shake the true believer. Many supposed believers are having demonic discussions with the chief priests and Sanhedrin’s (Pharisees and Sadducees) of today’s religious groups. Always remember that Judas went to the religious groups that also had political connections like today. When it was all said and done, when the mob and the religious officials came for Jesus Christ, Judas had switched sides, and was standing with the detractors of our Lord. Where will you be standing as that moment of truth arrives? Everyman shall give account of himself or herself to God. If you stand on the opposite side of Christ, like Judas then you may be a son of perdition; and the lake of fire awaits you. Don’t kiss the Lord like Judas, else, you will only have yourself to blame; when it is too late. Judas went and hung himself. Lake of fire.
The Judas hour is the moment of the manifestation of one’s betrayal of the Lord. The only way out is to examine yourself how that Christ is in you and make your calling and election sure. If you have sinned repent and return to the Shephard and Bishop of your soul; and be renewed in the Holy Ghost, resisting every evil work, thought and wiles of the devil. If you are not saved, this is your chance to come to the cross of Jesus Christ; ask him to forgive you of your many sins because you are a sinner. Ask him to wash you with his blood and come into your life and be your Savior and your Lord. As you believe the message of the gospel, asked a believer to baptize you, (Mk. 16: 15-20) by immersion in the name of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. We are in the Judas hour; be sure of what you hear, what you believe and what the Bible says; they must match. If they don’t match you may be on the Judas trail, to the lake of fire. Money, greed, worldliness, deception, and manipulations are in all these; in a religious outfit and a political strategy, to betray Jesus Christ and the true believers again. Study Jeremiah chapter 23.
