THE UNIQUE PROMISES OF GOD

“In this letter we will concentrate on the unique promises of God! – Truly they are wonderful! – At the end of the age the Lord promised a rest and refreshing for His children! . . . The Holy Spirit is the great Comforter, and will bring it to pass! – He is preparing the hearts for this blessing! – But first one must have faith in eliminating anxiety!” – “I preached a message entitled, “Worry” that will be very helpful to many on my list; we will touch on it partly here!”

“Worry has been a sinister companion to man for 6,000 years, it is like a shadow on mankind – the age-old destroyer! – A persistent anxiety over many things that are not a reality! – It has always been and is one of the most serious problems facing men and women today! . . . We live in an age that causes it more so than ever; it is like an epidemic spreading over the nations .

. . coupled with fear it can cause many disorders! – That is why Jesus said be patient therefore brethren unto the coming of the Lord!” (James 5:7)

“Doctors say about one half of all the diseases are caused by nervous disorders – that owe their origin to severe worry! – That is why Jesus went about doing good, healing all that were oppressed and delivering those who had these problems! – They took on a new life of happiness!” – “The Lord knew that people would worry about their daily needs of food, clothing and etc.!

– And He gave a beautiful key!” – Matt 6:34, “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself . . . Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof!” – “We find out, don’t even think about it! . . .

Take each day as it comes! – Jesus meant don’t worry about the past, the present or even the future, for He says you are more valuable than the birds and He will take care of you!” (Verses 26-33) – “This doesn’t mean you can’t plan ahead; for you can! – But it does mean not to worry or have undue concern about it! – Now we are to be cautious and concerned about the things of God, for it says, watch and pray! – In other words don’t let the cares of this life with its anxieties and worries control you! – Jesus said, ‘Let not your heart be troubled; neither let it be afraid, for My peace I give unto you’!” (John 14:1) – “As you keep your mind and faith on Jesus each day, He will go before you!”

Phil. 4:6, “reveals to be careful, and anxious for nothing, but to come before Him with thanksgiving and praise! – By praising Him eliminates anxieties! – To those that are unhappy and miserable, Jesus will give you joy and that it will be full!” (John 15:11) – “To those who are often tired and weary, He will give you a refreshing rest! (Matt. 11:28) – To those that feel all alone, He will give you fellowship!” (Isa. 41:10) – “Sometimes people worry about sins that have been committed years ago or sometime in the past, and they wonder are they really forgiven? – Yes, if people repent, Jesus is very faithful to forgive! – No matter how great the sin, He forgives and the Bible says He remembers it no more; so that you do not have to worry about past sins!” – Read Heb. 10:17!

“One of the best ways to relieve tension, worry and anxiety is to get alone with God each day in praise and thanksgiving! . . These will be your quiet moments with Jesus! – If one does this often then he dwells in the secret place of the Most High and is abiding under the shadow of the Almighty!” (Ps. 91:1)

“Sometimes when you are tested and tried and it seems like everything is going against you; just remember Jesus will even work this out unto your benefit as you trust He will see you through any difficulty and work it out for good!” – “For it says in Rom. 8:28, ‘For we know that all things work together for good to them that love God who are called according to His purpose’!” – “In another place in the Scriptures it says, ‘Delight thyself in the Lord and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart’! – One thing, the strong anointing in our literature and CD’s, cassettes and DVD’s will give you confidence and empty you out of anxiety and worry! – Truly if studied regularly, will bring a wonderful blessing to you! – My what a beautiful anointing; I feel such power while doing this writing to you!” – “Jesus said, ‘Fear not, only believe’! . . . Truly the Lord is giving us a wonderful refreshing in the time of great restoration!” (Acts 3:19)

“Behold saith the Lord, – in the Scriptures I have promised to bless thee – to guide, to keep, teach and to deliver thee, I will satisfy, help and strengthen thee!” – “I will not forget thee, and will comfort thee, I will forgive and restore! – And will instruct thee, and will uphold thee! – I will be your God and love thee (My spirit within you)! – I will manifest Myself! – I will come again for you! – And will give thee a crown of life!” – “In one place or another all of these promises are in the Bible; and they are for everyone of you that believe and trust in them!” – “Be steadfast and unmovable concerning these promises and your life will change as the Lord Jesus abides with you!” – “Believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory! – So we see with all the confusion, perplexity and anxiety that is in the world, we are comforted by Jesus’ Words and promises and we have rest and peace!”
