In part 1 of this message we said as Christ is so we are, and that is true according to the scripture (I John 4:17) (Ephesians 5:30). God has put us in that position. We know that every position has its responsibilities. The position of the sons of God that we are has spiritual responsibilities. One of these responsibilities is seeking, as Christ our example sought the Father. St. John 15:30 reads,“if ye keep my commandments ye shall abide in my love even as I kept my Father’s commandments and abide in His love.”

One of the commandments that Christ kept that we must also keep and take very seriously is SEEKING as he sought: which is one of the ways Christ walked and we must also walk the same and live as he lived. The Lord is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrew 11:16). Come boldly to the throne of Grace, (Hebrew 4:16). We must seek for divine possessions because, we are divine beings inside a human body. For us to live spiritually and divinely, we must possess our possessions, as Christ got from the Father we must also seek Him to bless us daily with His divine possession). He is the vine and we are the branches, without Him we can do nothing (St. John 15:1-7). But unfortunately some Christians seek for human possessions that perish with using them. The true and unseen riches are the divine possession in the spirit. What are these divine possessions that Christ has which he used on earth that is for us also.

1. The divine knowledge of God, (Colosians 1:10), (II Peter 3:18).
2. The divine spirit of God (Romans 8:9).
3. The divine Faith of God (Romans 12:3), (Jude 1:20).

After restoration into our position by the righteousness of God and the Word at Salvation, we must also seek Christ for divine possession, for us to operate as sons of God. With the divine nature of righteousness, and Life-Word, we are restored into position, and with the divine possession we are restored into perfection.

Just as the human body cannot operate without human possession, so also we the divine beings cannot operate without divine possessions. So we need to take spiritual exercise very seriously if we want to walk and live as Christ our example walked and lived when He was on earth. After all he said in St. John 14:12 that, the work He did we shall also do. So in the work of restoration and full restoration, Christ is blessing His people with these divine possessions till we have the fullness of these three above-knowledge, Spirit, and faith, which is Christ being fully formed in us (Galatians 4:19), (Ephesians 4:13)- the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

To attain unto this full stature of Christ, we are to eat divine spiritual food: The sons of God that believe the work of restoration and full restoration – Former and the latter rain (Joel 2:23-26), that are holy seekers and loving enquirers will be fully restored for the translation.

We have many records in the bible on how Christ sought the Father, check up these scriptures (Mark 1:35), (Luke 4:1), (Luke 4:14), (Mark 2:19-20), (2Corinthians 11:27), (Matthew 6:6). Since Christ is our example, if we can and seek as Christ did, we will do exploits as He did. Without this we can do nothing. No one can give what he doesn’t have. Daily contact is necessary but cares of this life is a tool in the hand of the devil to hinder us, but the bride must be wise to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness for the perishables to be added (Matthew 6:33). It is time to seek the Lord till He comes and rains righteousness upon us (Hosea 10:12). We are in the day of visitation, we are in the day of total and full restoration that lead to total and full redemption and manifestation. It is time to seek the Lord. (Jeremiah 29:11-13).

Out of all the responsibilities, the responsibility of seeking for divine possessions is the Capstone of all responsibilities. If one fails in this responsibility of seeking-(Holy seekers), the person fails in all. Let me mention these needs of ours again

1. The knowledge of God- knowing God, they that know their God shall do great exploits.
2. The Spirit of God with fire-that works in us and around us-His power is our power, we don’t have any power of our own.
3. The Faith of God and fire-substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen, Amen.

When I talk about the knowledge of God, I am talking about all what God wants us to know about Him- knowledge of His Word, warnings, suffering, fruit of the Spirit, gifts of the Spirit, ministerial gifts, leading, teaching, empowerment, comforting etc. That His spirit works in us and around us. The more of these divine possessions in us, the more of God we emanate-reflect and express by the Spirit of God in us and around us. The Lord will help us in Jesus name.
