DELUSION (2ND THESSALONIANS 2:11, ISAIAH 66:4)
This is one of the most fearful scriptures in the Bible, because God himself will do this thing which is discussed in the following scripture that read, “God Himself shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” (II Thessalonians 2:11) “I also will choose their delusions,” (Isaiah 66:4).
This is scary to say the least. This is in God’s thought and he has a plan for this. The question is why, when and who are the people that will be affected by all of this? Some of those affected will be unbelievers who do not want to know anything about God, Jesus Christ. Others are those who have heard about God but really did not give it a thought or think he is important, or who have no time now or who think it is all empty talk. Those who believe in philosophy, science , technology or who think that they themselves are god also. Finally there are those who know God but are in conference with the devil, they think they can calculate God’s next move, that they can jump in before God closes the ark door, they have grown lukewarm and are dining with the enemy in the name of let us come together. Some are carried away by the cares of this life and have their own social gospel, the god of a second chance excuses. These kinds of people have set themselves for strong delusion to get hold of them.
“ Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not her plagues – Revelation 18:4. ”
God will do this (sending strong delusion)? There are two major reasons:
- Isaiah 66:4 – “When I called, none did answer: when I spake they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes , and chose that in which I delighted not”
- 2nd Thessalonians 2: 10 – “Because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved”

These are the reasons why God himself will send them great delusion. They received not the love of the truth. Think about it. Jesus said I am the way, the Truth and the Life. God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. For love and by love he laid down his life for his friends, you – and I – and this is love – and also left us with unimaginable and precious promises if we believe. The truth, if you receive it, gives you salvation. When you refuse the truth; toy with the truth; gamble with the truth; compromise with the truth; specialize your gospel with the truth- sell the truth of God you are only ignoring, rejecting, demeaning, compromising, the love that is the truth – that gives salvation – that was finished at the Calvary Cross of – Jesus Christ the Lord.
“The Backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways” – Proverbs 14:14.
Backsliding always is indicative of a problem spot in the relationship between a Christian and Jesus Christ. Is there a Christian who is not aware when he commits a sin or compromises his faith? I don’t think so, except if you are none of his. The Lord according to prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 66:4 called you, spoke to you but you did not answer, you did not hear. You did evil and did that which delighted you and not the Lord.
When is this going to happen? As we are near the coming of the Lord, the rapture occurs, the great tribulation, Armageddon and the new millennium begins. Satan will wax strong in the last week of Daniel 70th week. Nobody knows when it starts. But when he, Satan (and the antichrist) appear in the Jewish temple three and a half years is left. So you see, since you do not really know when and how to calculate God’s move your best bet is to love the truth starting now, change and improve your relationship with the Lord. Start working and walking with the Lord, Improve on your prayer, giving, worshipping, fasting and witnessing life now that it is called today or else – this strong delusion sent by God himself will get you- Escape into Jesus Christ for your safety and life. Amen

How then, shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in whom they have not heard of? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things.
“Isaiah 52:7 “….How beautiful upon the mountain are the feet of whom that bringeth good tidings that publisheth peace…… ”
Reaching out to orphans and widows has led me to make efforts at starting to support orphanages in West Africa. This has led to the inception of “Time-no-longer Christian camp and orphanage,” which is intended to assist existing orphanages. We also intend to establish new orphanages in needed areas. One of such orphanages in process is “The Midnight Hour Christian camp and orphanage at Lokpanta, in Abia State of Nigeria. The various links will be made available.
All these attempts are to give all including the orphans, widows and the poor the opportunity to come to the saving knowledge of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The days are evil, time is short and Our Lord is on His way to take us home, watch, pray and be ready. I am a sinner saved by the grace of God in Christ Jesus Our Lord.
