Nyamakazi ndi kutupa mafupa limodzi ndi ululu ndi kutupa ena. Idyani yisiti ya mowa wambiri, Vitamini B complex, majeremusi a tirigu, nthochi, mapeyala, mapapaya ndi chinanazi. Kusintha kotsimikizika kudzazindikirika pafupifupi masiku 8-12.

Osadya chakudya china chilichonse kwa masiku 3-2 kupatula papaya ndi adyo.

(c) Kutsuka mano bwino chifukwa dzino loipa lingayambitse matenda ndi nyamakazi.

(d) Kuyeretsa impso / chiwindi gwiritsani ntchito beet, madzi a mandimu, adyo, udzu wa tirigu, madzi onse ngati n'kotheka; pena idyani yaiwisi.

(e) Pomaliza kusala kudya kwa masiku 1 – 2 pa sabata, osadya chakudya koma madzi n’kofunika kwambiri komanso osabwereranso m’madyedwe olakwika, zomwe zimaphatikizapo kudya zakudya zopanda madzi. Ngati muli ndi matenda a shuga funsani dokotala kapena munthu wodziwa kusala kudya.

Anyezi

Ichi ndi chimodzi mwa zomera zovuta mu chilengedwe monga adyo. Anyezi ali ndi zinthu zosiyanasiyana zochititsa chidwi zomwe zina zimawonjezera zotsatira zake. Izi zikuphatikizapo: stimulant, expectorant, anti-rheumatic, diuretic, anti-scorbutic, re-solvent. Izi zimapangitsa kukhala chithandizo chachikulu cha kudzimbidwa, zilonda, mpweya, whitlows, ndi zina zotero. Ndi zotetezeka kwambiri ndipo sizingayambe kusokoneza bongo. Chokhacho chokhacho chimakhala ngati anthu omwe sakugwirizana ndi sulfure omwe angakhale ovulaza kwambiri kwa anthu omwe ali ndi vuto la chiwindi, adyo akhoza kukhala ndi zotsatira zofanana, choncho zimakhala zofunikira kuti mudziwe ngati munthu sakugwirizana ndi sulfure.
