KEEP YOUR HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCEKEEP YOUR HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCE

We are now in 2019 and the coming of the Lord is now nearer than ever. The Lord put it to me to say to whoever will listen, “KEEP YOUR HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCE,” as we enter this crucial year maybe.  This is a word of wisdom to all who believe we are in the last days and that time is short.

Why the heart at this time one may ask? Proverbs 4:23 gives us the first view of the heart and reads, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” You have to keep your heart, but being human and full of emotions it is best to commit your heart to the one who made it and understands how it works. That person is the Lord Jesus Christ. Listen to Jeremiah the prophet 17:9 and get wisdom, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”

If you take time to study and meditate over the words of prophet Jeremiah you will find wisdom of the Lord for this end-time.  Watch this and see what the Lord has for us:

  1. The heart is deceitful above all things- It is misleading, dishonest, untruthful, crafty, sly, scheming unprincipled, double-dealing and much more. This Jeremiah by the Spirit of God said, the heart is deceitful above all things. The heart is contrary to the word of God in works or action or manifestations.
  2. The heart is desperately wicked- when you hear the prophet say wicked; you have the wicked one, the devil and his works come to mind. The propeller of the works of the flesh. As we go into the New Year do not allow your heart to be desperately wicked.
  3. Who can understand the heart- This is the big question, who can know the heart?  The only one who knows the heart is the maker, God that is Jesus the Christ. I came in my Father’s name, remember. Satan does not know the heart but only manipulates it. Do not fall for Satan’s deceitfulness as we roll into the New Year: always keep in mind that in an hour you think not the Lord will come for His people.

Another look at the heart tells us in-Luke 6:45 which reads, “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” Can you begin to see why it is important to keep your heart with all diligence?

Furthermore, Matt. 15:18-20 goes on to tell us more about the heart and these statements tell us about the days before the translation. But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, and blasphemies: these are the things which defile a man.” Watch these thing that come from the heart, they are the works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21).

Now the choice is yours, the Lord needs us to keep our hearts with diligence for out of it cometh the issues of this life. The issues of this life end for each person differently; it ends either in heaven for those who keep their heart with diligence or ends in hell for those who fail to keep their heart with diligence.

The way to keep your heart is to commit it to Jesus Christ, starting with repentance from sin, get baptized by emersion in the name of Jesus Christ (the one true God) not trinity or three gods and believing in His virgin birth, His earthly life (when the word became flesh and dwelt among men John1:14), believe on His death on the cross, resurrection and ascension. Take up your cross and walk with Him, witnessing to the lost, delivering the needy, looking for the translation and preaching about the coming judgment that sends people to the Lake of Fire.

Diligence, involves careful and persistent work or effort, conscientiousness, commitment and much more. This is part of what is required of us to make a successful journey back home to heaven to be with our God, Jesus the Christ. We need a daily work and walk with the Lord. Daily infilling with the Holy Spirit is an absolute necessity. We need to keep the gates of our heart through studying the Holy Bible daily, with praises, giving, witnessing, fasting, prayer and total worship of the Lord Jesus Christ, in full meditation about our eternal destiny which can start any time now, even this year or next moment. If Jesus Christ is coming this year what would you do differently now? Knowing that nobody can tell when exactly He will call and our departure takes place. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he (Proverb 23:7).

Keep your heart with all diligence as we all work and walk through this year. You need to keep your heart, to prepare for the coming of the Lord, to focus, not to be distracted, not to procrastinate, to submit to every word of God and stay on that path (Special Writing 86). Keep your heart by waking up, staying awake, for this is no time to sleep or be in friendship with the world and sin. The blood of Jesus Christ is still available for all who will come to the His cross of salvation, healing, love, mercy and translation faith. Amen.
