ANGELS REJOICE IN HEAVENANGELS REJOICE IN HEAVEN

You may ask, are angels emotional, can they be touched by our actions and situations. The answer is yes. Every human being on earth has the opportunity to make angels rejoice. They always behold the face of God and can tell when something pleases God. God had always shown feelings especially towards man. David said in Psalm 8:4, “What is man, that thou art mindful of him and the son of man that thou visitest him? God came to visit man in his earth as recorded in John 1:14, “And the word was made flesh, and dwelth among us,(and we beheld his glory, as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” He worked and walked the streets of Judea and Jerusalem visiting and talking to man. He healed multitudes, fed thousands, performed innumerable miracles. But most importantly he preached to man the gospel of the kingdom of heaven, and he sealed it up with his death, resurrection and ascension.

The gospel of the kingdom that Jesus Christ preached was centered on God’s love for the lost (2nd Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance,”) and a promise for a better life of total relationship with God called eternal life; found only in Jesus Christ. He preached to whosoever would listen, Jews and Gentiles, and sealed it up on the Cross of Calvary when He said it is finished, making a way for both the Jew and the Gentile to be one with God; through salvation.

Jesus said, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God,” (John 3: 3). The reason is simple, all men have sinned from the time of Adam and Eve’s fall in the Garden of Eden. The bible further declares, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3: 23). Also, according to Romans 6: 23, “the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Also, in Acts 2: 21, Apostle Peter declared, “Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Furthermore, John 3:17 states, “God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” It is important to know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord. He will be your Savior from sin, fear, disease, evil, spiritual death, hell and the lake of fire. As you can see, being religious and maintaining diligent church membership does not and cannot give you favor and eternal life with God. Only faith in the finished work of salvation that the Lord Jesus Christ obtained for us by His death and resurrection can guarantee you eternal favor and security. Make haste before the wind of destruction grips you suddenly.

What does it mean to be saved? To be saved means to be born again and be welcomed into the spiritual family of God. That makes you a child of God. This is a miracle. You are a new creature because Jesus Christ has entered into your life. You are made new because Jesus Christ begins to live in you. Your body becomes the temple of the Holy Ghost. You become married to Him, the Lord Jesus Christ. There is a feeling of joy, peace and confidence; it is not religion. You have accepted a Person, the Lord Jesus Christ, into your life. You are no longer your own. This new creation out of the old nature and the reaction of the Lord on your moment of repentance sends the angels in heaven into a festive mood of joy; that a sinner has come home. You have acknowledged that you are a sinner and have accepted the blood of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins. You have accepted him as your Savior and Lord.

The bible says, “As many as received him, to them he gave power to become the sons of God” (John 1: 12). You are now a member of the real Royal Family. The Royal blood of the Lord Jesus Christ will begin to flow through your veins as soon as you are born again in Him. Now, note that you must confess your sins and be forgiven by Jesus Christ to be saved. Matthew 1:21 affirms, “Thou shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Also, in Hebrews 10:17, the bible says, “And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

Angels are always around the believer. Angels are always before God. Angels rejoice when a sinner is saved.  Imagine how many times the angels rejoice. Just as the angels will do the separation at the end time (Matt. 13:47-50), so also every believer should join the angels in rejoicing over ever sinner that repents. The surest way to see angels rejoice more often is to witness to the lost and see them saved. Remember that the main reason Jesus Christ came to earth to die was to save the lost including you and me.  When a sinner is saved, this accomplishes what Jesus came for and angels rejoice. If you are saved why not join the angels to rejoice because at the moment a sinner is saved, God shows a sign in heaven may be by his countenance; that makes angels know that something positive happened on earth and makes the angels rejoice. The chance to make angels rejoice in heaven is here on earth and is now. How many people have you witnessed to today, was any saved? If positive there is joy in heaven. Think about it, if you are the only one lost, Jesus would still come to die on the cross for you (Luke 15:3-7). Why are you not willing to rejoice daily with the angels in heaven, if only you and me make it a business to daily witness to a lost person, give a tract to a person a day. God willing we can see many saved and more rejoicing time for angels, because it touches the heart of God and they are with him in heaven and notice his countenance. Let us join both God and the angels in creating join in earth and in heaven for the salvation of a lost soul that finds Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord God. Do something if you are already saved. Time is short and life is brief. In an hour you think not Jesus can call one home or the translation call of the elect. The Lord has his reward to give every man according to their works.

The solution to sin and death is to be born again. Being born again translates one to the kingdom of God and eternal life in Jesus Christ and is a source of rejoicing for angels in heaven. If you die this moment are you saved or are you lost. No one is to blame but you.
