A study of Proverbs 4:7-9, would give every believer the strength on how to prepare for the Midnight cry, and the event that follows suddenly.This scripture states, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” It will be needed now.

Let me quote Bro. Neal Frisby in his message “PREPARATION”, “Here it is, how valuable for one to seek wisdom by fearing the Lord, wherein love is created by the Holy Spirit, and gifts are rewarded. You get that wisdom in your heart and you will break forth in gifts and fruit of the Spirit and the Holy Ghost will come down and He will overshadow you. Wisdom is one of the things, you will know if you have got a little wisdom or not, and I believe that each one of the elect should have some wisdom and some of them, more wisdom; some of them probably the gift of wisdom. But let me tell you something, – (For the Midnight cry and event) Wisdom is awake, wisdom is ready, wisdom is alert, wisdom prepares and wisdom foresees. He foresees backwards, saith the Lord, and he foresees forward. Wisdom is knowledge also. That’s true. So wisdom is watching for the return of Christ, to receive the crown. So when people have wisdom, they are watching. If they are asleep and get off into delusion, then they have no wisdom and they are lacking wisdom. Don’t be like that, but prepare yourself and be ready and the Lord will give you something, a crown of glory. So this is the hour; Be wise, be vigilant and be watchful.”

Examine the admonitions of brother Paul, in 1st Thess. 4:1-12, Learn to please God (Enoch Heb. 11:5 had the testimony that he pleased God.) Watch your sanctification (holiness and purity), Abstain from fornication (adultery, pornography and masturbation). Know how to possess your vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the lust of concupiscence. That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter; because the Lord is the avenger of all such. Remember that God has not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. Keep brotherly love; for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another. Study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you. Walk honestly towards them that are without.

Jesus Christ our Lord told us in Luke 21:34,36 “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day comes upon you unawares. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” STUDY Mark 13: 30-33; for ye know not when the time is. Matt. 24:44, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” Matt. 25:10, “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him (the event in the Midnight cry- translation) to the marriage: and the door was shut. Now you know the choice to prepare or not is yours. Be sure first you are born again. If you are, examine yourselves each day and moment. It is getting late, suddenly time shall be no more.
