Meditate about these things
The Midnight cry is a cornerstone event in the Christian race and faith. You do not want to be found wanting at that time and the exact moment of the Call of the Lord himself. Heaven is getting ready for the moment. Paradise and those there are getting ready for that exact moment. Remember 2nd Corinthians 12:1-4, “It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such a one caught up to the third heaven. How that he was caught up into Paradise, and heard unspeakable words, (there was, and there is still talking in Paradise), which it is not lawful for a man to utter.” Paul while on earth as a man cannot utter what he heard in Paradise. What a place for the saints who died in Christ to rest waiting for those who are alive and remain in the faith.
Remember Heb. 11:13-14 and 39-40, “These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.” At the Cross Jesus Christ made a better thing that includes Jews and Gentiles; whosoever will believe. Christ brought perfection through his shed blood. All these will manifest in a moment during the Midnight cry. Be ye also ready. Many will be left behind.
Paul in 1st Cor. 15:50-58, gave us another narration of the Midnight cry event climax, people missing suddenly. It is the translation into the kingdom of God, of which flesh and blood cannot inherit, neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. “ Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all (the dead in Christ are asleep but we who are alive and remain are not asleep), sleep (die in Christ), but we shall be changed (at the translation moment), in the twinkling of an eye (very sudden), at the last trump.” The Lord himself will do all these, and nobody else; He is the fullness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 2:9). The trumpet shall sound and we shall be changed suddenly. Then this mortal shall put on immortality. Then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Paul gave us the revelation or visions he saw and heard; believest thou these? Time is short. We may all be living the last moments of our journey to earth; we shall see Jesus Christ our Lord; if we believe and cast not away our confidence, but remain faith and endure till the end, Amen. Please make your calling and election sure; examine yourself, how you are in Christ.
