Psalm 127:3; Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

Proverbs 17:6; Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.

Psalm 128:3-4; Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.

Matt. 18:10; Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Luke 1:44; For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

In Luke 21, Matt. 24 and Mark 13 (Jesus Christ warned that at the end of the age or last days, or at His return; it would be like the days of Noah and like Sodom and Gomorrah). People lived contrary to God’s word and actually provoked Him; and the result was judgment that included:

No child was saved in Noah’s ark only adults Genesis. 6:5, 6; Genesis 7:7.

Genesis 19:16, 24, 26; And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city. Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
