Behold He cometh

Behold He comethBehold He cometh

Rev. 1: 7 “Behold, he cometh with clouds and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.” Who is coming? No other one but He who is the Alpha and Omega, which is and which was and which is to come The Almighty.

John 1: 1 “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” John 1: 14 “And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth.

Heb. 1: 1 “God who at sundry times and in diverse manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds, who being the brightness of his glory and express image of his person and upholding all things by the Word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on High.” Isaiah 9: 6 “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called, Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

The conception and birth of Jesus was on this wise, the angel of the Lord appeared unto Joseph in a dream saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son and thou shall call his name Jesus for he shall save his people from their sins.”

Rom. 3: 23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. God set forth His only begotten son to be the propitiation for the sins of the whole world, through faith in His blood.” Rom 6: 23 “For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Phil. 2: 8 “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.” Gal. 3: 13 “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree.” Jesus is coming for those who have believed in Him and have received Him as their Lord and Savior. John 14: 3 “And if I go and prepare a place for you I will come again and receive you unto myself, that where I am there you may be also.” This is the catching away of the true believers, called the rapture or translation of the saints.

1 Thess. 4: 16 – 17 “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God and the dead in Christ shall arise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

After this unique and extraordinary event, the world will be ushered into a period of great tribulation. What we have now is the lull before the storm, some quietness before devastation. The time of His coming is likened to the time of the flood during Noah’s day. Gen. 6: 11 “For before the flood the earth also was corrupt before God and the earth was filled with violence.” This is similar to the days we are in now, so be ye ready, anointed and filled with theSpirit.Matt. 24: 44 “Therefore be ye also ready for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” MARANATHA
