THERE IS NO MIDDLE ROAD IN OUR JOURNEY THROUGH LIFE

This message is an encouragement for everyone to examine themselves and be sure on which road they are travelling. What will be the final destination after this journey? Who are the people that will welcome us at the final destinations? 1st King 18:21 states, “how long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. Make a choice of the road you are travelling.

Deuteronomy 30:15 reads, ” see I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil verse 19 continues , “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.� God did not create a middle ground, it is either heaven or lake of fire, good or evil, paradise or hell, do you see, there is no middle ground as some may see purgatory.

One of the roads was described thus, Matthew 7:13, “enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and BROAD is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at.� This is a description of the ways we find today, wide is the gate (Isaiah 5:14 reads “therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory and their multitude, and their pump, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it�) includes, deceptive preaching, such as the coming of the Lord is not soon, we have to do a lot of things, then invite Him to return, this is fallacy and ultimate deception run from such preachers; some boarder on prosperity, let me ask a simple question, where will you carry your wealth to? How old will you be when God recalls you? When will he recall you? Nobody who dies or is recalled carries any money along with them. The wide gate includes all deceptions, make beliefs, like the Las Vegas life styles. Anything that leads to sin is part of the broad way, be it medical through abortions, euthanasia; or through technologies like chip implants, pornography, gambling and much more. When churches become a franchise, be careful it is one of the ways hell has enlarged herself; it is part of the broad way. The bible states that these tracks found inside the broad way leadeth to destruction. Destruction here means the Lake of Fire, (Revelations 20:14-15, and death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast in to the lake of fire.) The bible states that there are many people travelling on this broad way to destruction. Now ask yourself prayerfully, what way am I travelling, who are those awaiting my arrival and to what destination?

The other road is described in Matthew 7:14, “because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.� The way is NARROW, which demands sacrifices (PICK UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW ME, DENY ALL INCLUDING YOURSELF), adjustments (NOT MY WILL BUT THY WILL BE DONE), focus (JESUS CHRIST SHALL BE THE ONLY FOCUS AND THE ONLY WAY). This narrow way leadeth unto LIFE; this life is found in a place heaven (be sitted in heavenly places), the life of heaven is found only in one source or person and that person is JESUS CHRIST THE LORD. He is life eternal, He only can give life and it is the life of God, that has neither beginning nor ending. This life is given to men who accept Jesus Christ as SAVIOR AND LORD and receive the HOLYSPIRIT. When you have this life you are born again and are expecting to see your Lord, and innumerable angels and brethren waiting anxiously to see us. Such brethren include Adam, Eve, Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, the prophets, the apostles, Stephen and beautiful brethren we do not even know about. It will be a day of rejoicing, no more sorrow, pain, death and sin.

It says, “there be few that find the narrow way.� Those who find and follow the broad way are many, it looks pleasant, many are in friendship with the world, popular people and things are there, many shows and attractive activities are in this way; but who are those that have followed that way as examples and where did they end? But the other way is the narrow one. Narrow means there must be caution, godly fear, constant focus on the Lord, avoid friendship with the world, be expectant of who made precious promises, and rejoice for where the narrow way leads you to.

The broad way, leadeth to destruction and many there be that find it. There are so many lanes or paths in the broad way; each lane represents a different kind of religious belief, including those that camouflage their beliefs with the name of Jesus Christ. They are different paths on the same broad way but have a common factor, they do not work, believe or obey the commandments of Jesus Christ. That is why it leads to destruction and condemnation (St. John 3:18-21). Condemnation is a strong word when used by the bible, this condemnation leads to the end of the road for those on the broad way, the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:11-15). The personalities that will welcome those at the end of the broad way include, the beast (anti-Christ) the false prophet and Satan himself, (Revelation 20:10). THEY SHALL BE TORMENTED DAY AND NIGHT FOR EVER AND EVER. Matthew 23:33, Luke 16:23, and Matthew 13:41-42 which reads , ” and shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.� This is hell indeed.

The end of the NARROW WAY is settled in the promise found in St, John 14:1-4, (I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am there ye may be also.) This narrow way is full of commitment to the words of the bible, (1st John 3:23) and this is his commandment, that we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. This narrow way ends at the feet of Jesus Christ. We shall at the end of this way see the Lord himself, (when we shall see him we shall be like he is), the four beasts, the twenty four elders, the prophets, the translated saints and a host of angels. The end of the narrow way leads to heaven, and new earth; only those whose names are in the book of life walk into heaven ONLY through the NARROW WAY. THAT NARROW WAY IS JESUS CHRIST. St. John 14:6 reads, “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE.� The end of this narrow way leads us to two important bible passages; St. John 14:2 (In my Father�s house are many mansions; if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you). The next scripture is REVELATIONS 21:9-27 and 22 1-7.

There are really two ways on the earth for mankind to follow, the choice of which way to take rests on each person. One way is called the broad way that leads to destruction and death; the other is the narrow way that leads to eternal life. Many find one of the ways (broad) and few find the other way (narrow). Which way are you travelling on, where will it end and what kind of people await your arrival; and where are you travelling to? It is not late TODAY to change the kind of way you are travelling on, TOMMOROW may be too late. Turn to Jesus Christ for today is the day of SALVATION. Come to the CROSS of JESUS CHRIST, REPENT AND BE CONVERTED, THAT YOUR SINS MAY BE FORGIVEN AND WELCOME JESUS CHRIST INTO YOUR LIFE AS LORD AND BEGIN TO ENJOY AND EXPECT HIS PROMISES.
