The spirit of Satan (Demon Spirits)

This will take us back to the book of Genesis 1:26 – 28 And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth V. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Vs. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

This was the original creation of God who was exactly in the image of God. In Gen. 2:7, the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Adam the original creation of God had in him the Spirit of God that was breathed upon him. Adam was exactly like God, and Adam knew nothing contrary to God until sin came. From this background it is certain that God brought out a perfect man, who really will be the picture of God. Adam was a righteous man, obedient and loyal to God; because he was in His image. When man was made, man was free and independent. The fellowship was cordial without any inhibitions or hindrances and there was no room to serve or listening to another influence; until a terrible thing happened in the garden of Eden, changing man’s relationship with God.
THE INTRUDER
There was a crossbreeding and a hybrid was produced, Genesis 3:1-24. An intruder came into the garden, one who seemed to know it all, calling Eve into a strange knowledge. Contrary to the commandment of their creator in whose image they were made. The very thing God commanded them not to do was exactly what the serpent influenced Eve to do.

The products of their acts of disobedience were several and including these

Their eyes were opened.
They discovered they were naked
It was not a fruit to be eaten alone

Remember in Genesis 2:16 – 17, the Lord God, commanded the man, saying; of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat, verse 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shall not eat of it; for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. This was a stern warning and the penalty was great! Adam and Eve knew nothing called death, but the fear came when they ate of the tree contrary to God’s instruction.

BROKEN FELLOWSHIP

The normal fellowship with God became now a thing of fear, that when He came and called upon them, they could no longer appear before him; but hid and covered themselves with fig leaves.

Genesis 1:26-28

There was punishment for the sin committed by mother Eve in verse 16; unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over you. Why must God pass this judgment on the woman, knowing God to be a righteous judge? My fellow men and women, God was not wrong; just like a local judge in the court of justice, brings out his punishment according to the sin committed so did God. Among the judgments were:

Sorrow in conception was multiplied
In sorrow she will bring forth children

These punishments indicated the kind of sin committed. In verse 15 God put enmity between the serpent and the woman; so also between their seeds, an everlasting hatred. The fulfillment of this was Gen. 4:8: and Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. 1st John3:12 reads “not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother; and wherefore slew he him because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.”

SPIRITS AT THE END OF TIME

Now we are at the End of Time, 2nd Timothy 3:1 – 7 states, “know this also that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boaters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parent, unfaithful, unlovely.” So likewise Jesus said as it was in the days of Noah, Sodom and Gomorrah so shall it be at the coming of the Son of man, Matt. 24:37. In Genesis 6:2 – 5 men continued in sin and disobedience. These same sins and even more than men of old committed, is what people are doing today. When the serpent introduced intercourse to men, by which way Satan brought its own hybrid in the way of Cain; the different spirit started to come amongst men. It has being condemnation and judgment.

In the days of Noah’s generation, spirit beings or sons of Adam, called “sons of God” took daughters of men (Cain’s seeds) for wives, it was contrary and bad, because of the mixture of the two seeds, and the result produced giants and men of renown. The so called genius of the world today without Christ in their lives, are directly from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God was not pleased with such mixture. An eruption and explosion came in form of judgment by the flood.

Again the world is working through the same path. WESTERN and EASTERN EUROPE are coming together; the “EU” Nations is a fulfillment of Daniel 2:40 – 43. This will also lead to the greatest cataclysm the world has never seen, before the war of Armageddon will erupt: when men shall destroy themselves with different atomic weapons.

II Timothy 3:1-7

JUDGMENT IS REAL

Fire came down upon Sodom and Gomorrah because of sin and the practice of homosexuality, Genesis 19:1 – 11. The people of the city called unto Lot, and said unto him, where are the men who came into thee this night? Bring them out unto us, that we may know them. In verse 8 Lot replied, “Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes; only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.” Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah and the surrounding cities brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven. The same thing shall happen very soon, because of the unrepentant world of today. As it was in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah; what they call human right and civility today has happened before and God hated this so much. The major popular cities of the world, today continue in the same path; and so likewise, God will not be found wanting in passing judgment to this end upon the world population.

Its most surprising, that nations that brand themselves as God’s own country, have gone beyond homosexuality and lesbianism today; many ladies are getting married to creatures like cats, snakes and dogs etc. Recently evangelicals and Pentecostals are seeing the same plague. Gays are even allowed to mount the pulpit as preachers. Like in the days of Belshazzar the son of Nebuchadnezzar, the hand writing is on the wall for the whole world is now Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin. This world has been weighed in the balance and art found wanting; judgment is coming and that very soon. America, Britain and most Christian countries are like “Eli” the priest whose eyes had grown dim and it is “Ichabod” because their glories have departed.

As an individual the only chance now is to repent quickly today, asking God for mercy and tell him to forgive you and wash you clean. Whatever your sin maybe Jesus Christ is merciful hence he came to this world, paid the price of your sins on the cross of Calvary. Call upon him today, he will hear you, forgive you and make you a new person. And to those who seem to be knowledgeable, read Rom. 1:21 – 32. God bless you.
