THE MOST HIGH GOD ALWAYS AMONGST MEN

THE MOST HIGH GOD ALWAYS AMONGST MENTHE MOST HIGH GOD ALWAYS AMONGST MEN

The book of Genesis is a peculiar book and no sane person can doubt it. The contents are not what any man can make up with all the history of creation and the prophecies that are futuristic and many have fulfilled. For this text I will look at Genesis 1:27 which states that, and the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and BREATHED into his nostril the breath of LIFE; and man became a living SOUL. The human body is actually a mass of sculptured dust that has no life, activity, senses or judgment until the breath of life came into him from God. This breath of life is resident in man and activates the whole human body to come a life. Adam was that first man who received the breath of life to start of the biological processes that lead into pro-creation. Now this breath of life is resident in the blood, Leviticus 17:11 says for the life of the flesh is in the blood.

“DEUTERONOMY 12:23 READS, ONLY BE SURE THAT THOU EAT NOT THE BLOOD: FOR THE BLOOD IS THE LIFE; AND THOU MAYEST NOT EAT THE LIFE WITH THE FLESH.”

Life is in the blood and when a person loses their blood the breath of life is gone. This shows us that God when He gave the breath of life, it was resident in the blood,; it has to do with oxygen from God only. As the blood which we can see goes out of person so goes the breath of life. This breath of life God made it to only stay in the blood. Neither the blood nor the breath of life can be manufactured in a factory. All power belongs to God. The blood without the breath of life is but dust. The breath of life triggers all activities that constitute life and it is recalled by God all action cease and the body returns to dust until the resurrection or the translation. The breath of life gives warmth to the blood and body as it generates activity and when this breath of life is gone everything run cold. This breath is from the MOST HIGH GOD, in us and always amongst men. But He goes further to manifest Himself to all true seekers of His mercy and grace.

Adam let God down in the Garden of Eden, a garden God himself planted. When God makes a thing, He makes it perfect. The Garden of Eden was perfect there was no sin, the creatures got along the rivers where beautiful EUPHRATES is one of the rivers. Imagine how old this river is and it is still a witness that some where sometime there was a Garden of Eden; therefore THE book of Genesis must be correct. If this is so then there must be a Creator who started it all. God showed this to a person, a prophet and told him to document it for mankind.

GENESIS 1:31 AND GOD SAW EVERY THING THAT HE HAD MADE, AND, BEHOLD, IT WAS VERY GOOD, and PSALM 139:14-18, “FOR I AM FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE:-I WAS MADE IN SECRET, AND CURIOUSLY WROUGHT IN THE LOWEST PARTS OF THE EARTH.

God makes all things perfect, He made man in secret according to the revelation God gave to King David. Adam was made in secret and brought to Eden the garden of God Genesis 2:8, and there He put the man whom he had formed.

God is faithful and reveals His secrets to His servants the prophets. He shows His plans and powers to His people if they abide with Him and His WORD. Remember Genesis is the book that reveals to us the beginning of things.

ST. JOHN 1:1-14 IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, AND THE WORD WAS GOD — AND THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH.”

The prophets were told by revelation why the WORD will become flesh. When Adam sinned the judgment of God came upon all mankind. Genesis 2:17 “for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” Adam and Eve disobeyed God and death came upon all mankind and disrupted the relationship between man and God and between the creatures that Adam named and man. The Serpent was cursed, the woman was cursed the ground was cursed for the man to till the ground but the man was not cursed directly. God put enmity between the seed of the Serpent and the SEED of the woman (Eve) CHRIST. This SEED is not by man but by the coming of the HOLY GHOST upon a virgin. This was warfare in the making to restore all that Adam lost. The reason the WORD became flesh. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth, initially He was referred to as God when He was creating but in Genesis 2:4 after He had finished on the seventh day, He sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all his work which God created and made.

From then on He became not just God, but LORD GOD. He remained as LORD GOD in reference until He sent man away from the Garden of Eden . The LORD GOD was never used again until the revelation came out of ABRAM when HE was appealing to God about a seed (child) in Genesis 15:2.

Psalm 139:14-18

God did not have a committee in heaven when He was creating things, He knew what He was doing and what all His creation are capable of doing. He knew what Satan will do, what man will do and how to help man. God never gave up on man. He made several efforts to help man. After the fall of Adam, He sent angels it did not work out, He sent prophets it did not work well, then finally He sent His son and He knew the job will be done to get man back to God but at the cost of sinless blood, God’s own blood. At the CROSS of CALVARY the SEED of the woman overcame the seed of the serpent.

Now remember God has been coming and has always being on earth amongst men. In Genesis 3:8 “AND THEY HEARD THE VOICE OF THE LORD GOD WALKING IN THE GARDEN IN THE COOL OF THE DAY.” God is everywhere watching and walking, ready to talk with you: where are you, what are you doing, be still awhile and you will hear Him, He is not far from you, He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world. Another man worked with God that God could not let Him grow old, he was a young adult, who was merely 365yrs old when men used to be alive for over 900yrs, HEBREWS 11:5 READS

BY FAITH ENOCH WAS TRANSLATED THAT HE SHOULD NOT SEE DEATH; AND WAS NOT FOUND, BECAUSE GOD HAD TRANSLATED HIM: FOR BEFORE HIS TRANSLATION HE HAD THIS TESTIMONY THAT HE PLEASED GOD.

Noah was another man who worked with God. God spoke to him about His plan to judge the world of Noah’s day. He instructed him on what to do, how to build the ark, what to allow into the ark and more important to warn the people. With a doubt in my mind, Noah must have warned the people but only eight people were saved. Today people think God will be partial, not so else He will undermine His own righteousness. Imagine yourself, whomever you may be and examine Noah’s situation and our own. He had brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews, aunties, uncles, in-laws, friends, workers, including those who helped him build the ark. These people were preached to for 120yrs but they died in the flood. Today the translation is coming and many we have preached to, family members, friends, co-workers etc may not make it. It is shocking to even see that many animals, creatures were chosen by God to enter the ark. Those chosen found their way to the ark. In the ark which was another Eden the creatures and man all stayed in peace. God is great.

God worked, talked and walked with ABRAHAM. He came in company of two angels to Abraham on the way to judge SODOM and GOMORRAH. They were three men but Abraham turned to one of them and called Him LORD. Read Genesis 18:1-33 and you will see that God did not hide issues from Abraham. Now watch the closeness here the Lord God here spoke to Abraham, and referred to Himself as “I”. Abraham had power with God. God visited with Abraham in Genesis 14:17-20, as MELCHIZEDEK, He was the priest of the Most High God. “AND HE BLESSED HIM, AND SAID, BLESSED BE ABRAM OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, POSSESSOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH.”This MELCHIZEDEK was without father, without mother, without descent, HEBREWS 1:3- {HAVING NEITHER BEGINNING OF DAYS, NOR END OF LIFE BUT MADE LIKE UNTO THE SON OF GOD; ABIDETH A PRIEST CONTINUALLY.} God visited Abraham and ate Abraham’s food under a tree Genesis 18:1-8. God has always been amongst men, and only those who are favored notice His presence. He may have been around you but you did not take notice of HIM.

HEBREWS 13:2 – BE NOT FORGETFUL TO ENTERTAIN STRANGERS: FOR THEREBY SOME HAVE ENTERTAINED ANGELS UNAWARES.

God may be one of those strangers in your life with perhaps different skin color, social class, dirty, poor, sick, who knows what form He may take. One thing is sure, if you live in the spirit you have the chance of noticing Him.

Then God worked and talked with the man MOSES. This man needs no introduction for he was a servant and prophet that God used to bring the children of Israel out of bondage in Egypt. God spoke to him directly in clear words and responded to questions from Moses directly as in a conversation with Abraham. This relationship was dynamic. Moses trusted God in every way, this world was not his delight. HEBREWS 11:27 reads: “BY FAITH HE FORSOOK EGYPT NOT FEARING THE WRATH OF THE KING: FOR HE ENDURED, AS SEEING HIM WHO IS INVISIBLE.”

Rev. 1:17

These men and several others worked with God. Some knew Him as God, others as LORD GOD, but to Moses He called Himself JEHOVAH. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob did not know Him as JEHOVAH until MOSES. Exodus 6:2-3 and , ” God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD and I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty BUT by my name JEHOVAH was I not known unto them.” This man Moses was so great with God that He let him in on His secrets, READ Deuteronomy 18: 15-19 and let start an eye opening study.
(THE LORD THY GOD WILL RAISE UP UNTO THEE A PROPHET FROM THE MISDT OF THEE, OF THY BRETHREN LIKE UNTO ME; UNTO HIM YE SHALL HEARKEN.} God confirmed it in verse 18 when He said ‘I’ WILL RAISE THEM UP A PROPHET FROM AMONG THEIR BRETHREN LIKE UNTO THEE AND WILL PUT MY WORDS IN HIS MOUTH: AND HE SHALL SPEAK ONTO THEM ALL THAT ‘I’ SHALL COMMAND HIM.

Unto Isaiah the prophet the Lord said, “therefore the LORD himself shall give you a SIGN; behold, a VIRGIN shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name IMMANUEL.” ISAIAH 7:14. Also in Isaiah 9:6-7 it says “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:- and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” God was still amongst men directing His plan of the ages. God promised Eve thy seed, Genesis 3:14-15, unto Abraham God promised the same seed Genesis 15 : 4-17. God also revealed this seed to several prophets including Isaiah 7:14.

Angel Gabriel arrived to announce to Mary the plan of God and her part in it. The seed of promise has now arrived and all prophecy point to a VIRGIN BIRTH, St. Luke 1:31-38.

AND BEHOLD, THOU SHALT CONCEIVE IN THY WOMB AND BRING FORTH A SON, AND SHALL CALL HIS NAME JESUS – the Holy Ghost shall come upon thee and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee – he shall be called the SON OF GOD.

In Luke 2:25-32 Simeon by the Spirit came into the temple at the dedication of Jesus, and he said my eyes have seen thy salvation because God promised to see Jesus before he dies. Simeon being a Jew prophesied and said the JESUS is a light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. Remembers Ephesians 2:11-22, “that at that ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenant of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.

Jesus grew up and started his ministry, He was peculiar, the rabbis wondered at his teachings, the common man held him gladly, He was compassionate, kind, loving and a terror to death and demons. But the religious people and the devil planned to kill Him without knowing that they are doing God a service. This is the WORD that has become flesh and dwelling among His people St John 1:14. And verse 26 says ” but there standeth one among you whom ye know not.” Remember that in Deuteronomy 18 that Moses and GOD said that God will raise a prophet from the midst of you among your brethren He will only speak what the Lord tells him. This is that seed and the prophet that is to come.

In St. John 1:30 John the Baptist revealed that, “THIS IS HE OF WHOM I SAID, AFTER ME COMETH A MAN WHICH IS PREFERRED BEFORE ME FOR HE WAS BEFORE ME,” and in verse 36 He said behold the LAMB OF GOD, as he saw Jesus walking by. Andrew was a disciple of John the Baptist and when he had John make that comment with another disciple they two followed JESUS. They followed Him to HIS abode. Imagine spending the day with the Lord for the first time from the testimony of John the Baptist. After this encounter Andrew confirmed to his brother Peter that he has found the Messiah. These two were serious and believed what they saw visiting with Jesus and the testimony of John the Baptist about Jesus Christ.
