“In this special writing let us consider prophecy concerning the future of the cities and mankind. In the news there is much talk about where we will have an Atomic War. And, if they sign a World Peace Treaty, will this prevent an Atomic War? No, they will eventually have one anyway!” (Dan.  8:25) – “Jesus said that at the end of the age ‘the powers of heaven’ would be shaken! – Rev. 18:8-10, reveals atomic warfare.” “As you remember, many years ago on our earlier Scripts we wrote about new weapons that would be  invented leading to Atomic War. Mankind is headed for a space war!” – “President Reagan once declared that nuclear defense should extend to outer space as well as earth defense systems!” Amos 9:2, reveals space activity, as well as Obah. 1:4, “Though thou set thy nest among the stars thence will I bring thee down!”

“What seriousness does the Bible add to the awful destruction that even scientists claim will take place? First, some scientists even go so far as to say that man could be annihilated from this world in 2 to 3 minutes!” – “A foreign scientist warned: it is now possible by flipping a few  switches and pushing a few buttons could result in a complete annihilation of every living thing on the earth! It is currently estimated that one hydrogen bomb, wrapped in cobalt and detonated in a strategic position could exterminate billions of people currently populating this  planet!” And this is just exactly what the Scriptures have been telling man for nearly 2,000 years. Matt. 24:22, wherein it describes all of these things by saying, “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake, He will!” – “And we know that man has never invented weapons of war that he did not use; so we know that he will eventually use his inventions!” – Amos 3:10 reveals their stockpile, “For they know not to do right, saith the Lord, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces!” Read Ezek. 38:13, 22. 

The main thing about this subject that elect Christians want to know and is very important is that, will they escape the horror of the final Great Tribulation and Atomic War! –  Yes, there definitely will be a translation before hand! There are many scriptures, but here is one. Luke 21:36, “Watch ye therefore and pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass!” – When will Atomic War (Armageddon, etc.) come? The Scriptures say it will be after the Translation; it also describes after  many great earthquakes have occurred on the earth, and after a worldwide famine and food shortage has come! – Rev. 6:5-8, “the pale horse of chemical and Atomic Warfare rides (death)!” – Zech. 14:12, “gives a perfect description of man’s last atomic and laser invention! The death rays of all type colors melting and vaporizing all living things in the path of it!” “The first scientists that saw an atomic explosion said that they thought they were at the gates of hell! Another reported in 1945 that this is the beginning of the end! And those weapons were small in comparison to the arsenal of gigantic weapons that we have today!”

Also an ancient forecaster said several hundred years ago that after some great quakes following Halley’s Comet and after a world famine, would come this worldwide  destruction. Quote: “He said that after the disasters that we just mentioned, would come a war worse than all wars put together! Fiery machines and weapons would be used, and that the arrows (missiles) would be sent out to destroy! He said man would discover ‘hidden fire’ and by using the contrary of the positive ray, man would destroy all! – Fire in golden orb from heaven to earth much destruction!” (We know it as atomic) – Joel 2:3. “He said on the map at 45 degrees in the new garden city of iron mountains (skyscrapers) fire would strike and explode; not a single inhabitant would remain. 45 degrees they say is New York!

We want to list some of the systems that the Defense  Department is working on now! – “Chemical Lasers: These would derive their energy from spontaneous combustion of hydrogen and flourine!” – “Mirrors in space: These ground-based lasers would send a beam to giant mirrors in the sky, which in turn would reflect the beams at attacking missiles!” – “Particle-Beam Weapons: These accelerate protons or ions. Using these charged atomic particles, these weapons would bore into targets, causing structural damage, disrupting electronics and detonating fuel or explosives!” – “Nuclear-Pumped X-Ray Lasers: These lasers use energy derived from a small nuclear explosion to slam a brutally intense pulse of X-ray against an enemy missile, obliterating it! . . . Of all these weapons, the X-ray laser appears to be the most promising one in destroying oncoming nuclear weapons!” –  “Remember, these are just anti-missile defenses, not our new destructive weapons!” – In the case of lasers, which send off beams of highly concentrated light of a single frequency (or color), the speed is that of light itself, about 186,000 miles per second. – That means the beam arrives at its target literally in a flash. If a missile were traveling at, say, six or seven times the speed of sound at sea level, it would have moved only nine or ten feet before the laser beam arrived from 1,000 miles away!” – “How wonderful to be a child of God. For I can tell you something that will occur quicker than the above! . . . For in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye we shall be changed and meet the Lord in the air. Praise Him!”
