A man of sorrows

Rántí orin náà, “Kò sí ìjákulẹ̀ ní ọ̀run.”

Isaiah 53: 1-6

2nd Timothy 1: 1-10

When God took the form of man, it was difficult to understand or appreciate it. Prophecy spoke it and it came to pass long after. Those who heard the prophecy were not those who saw the fulfillment. And yet others like today have to learn from the fulfillment of the prophecy and who and what it is all about.

This prophecy was referring to God who would come as described in Isaiah 7:14 and 9:6; in the form of man, and yet He is John 1:1 and 14.

He came to earth in the name of his Father John 5:43 and came to his own people; the common man held him gladly, but the government and religious leaders hated him even from a baby. Remember those who pretended to be desirous to worship him but they meant evil and hated him, (Matt. 2:8-18). But the baby Jesus survived and grew until the appointed time to do the work that made him come in form as a man.

Isaiah 53: 7-12

2 Tímótì 1:11-18

Jesus came to die for the sins of the world starting from the fall of Adam. He preached the gospel, healed the sick, cast out devils and worked miracles. He preached much about the kingdom of heaven and how to get there, starting with being born again. He gave wonderful promises for those who will believe. He preached about hell and heaven and about the events of the end. He did so much good but still the authorities, the religious leaders hated Him and his teachings, that they conspired to put him to death using one of his close disciples, his treasurer to betray him.

They accused him falsely, passed wrong judgment against him and condemned him to death. He was badly beaten and mocked and crucified that seeing him there was nothing to be desired in him. What part would you have played if you were there knowing your character?

Isaiah 53:4, “Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.”

I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walked in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts.”

Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”

Thou shalt condemn

Ranti orin naa, "Jesu san gbogbo rẹ."

Aísáyà 54: 1-17

Rom.10: 10-21

Jesus came but not many Jews believed or accepted him and they were and are the children of the married wife. They were chosen by God, but only few followed him. How many were at the Cross to stand by him. After his departure how many children of the married woman believed. They were few. But gentiles who were of the desolate came to him and after the Cross of crucifixion many gentiles believed in Jesus today.

Jesus died to open the door of heaven through salvation to whosoever that would believe; be they Jews or gentiles. No one has the excuse to go to hell. The door is open and there is no demand to go through the door except repentance and conversion in the name of Jesus Christ who dies for us all. Have you gone through the door or are you still outside?

Gal. 4:19-31

Isa. 65:1-8

Róòmù. 11: 1-32

Jesus died and reconciled the whole world to God by himself. He did not leave this to any man or angel. There is no God that can save, heal and restore like He who took the form of man to be the sacrifice for sin.

God by election chose the Jews and visited them long before He came to see them face to face on the earth. But while on earth He reconciled all of mankind to God by the death on the Cross. So He blinded the Jews that the gentiles might have access to Him too. Not only the gentiles but any Jews were welcomed to pass through the same door, (Jesus Christ). Remember Eph.2:8-22. It is always good to keep these verses in mind.

Rom. 11: 21, “For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.”

Eph. 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Isaiah 55:11, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

Isaiah 56:10 -11, “His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping lying down, loving to slumber. Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.”

Seek ye the Lord

Remember the song, “Ye must be Born Again.”

Aísáyà 55: 1-13

2 Tímótì 2:1-13

The scriptures declare unto us, saying, “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near.”

Come to the waters if you are thirsty; even those who have no money, come ye, buy and eat; come buy wine and milk without money and without price. Remember Matt.25:9, But go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourself.

We are at the end of time and it is good to remember what Jesus said, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God, (Matt.4:4). It is a time to mend our ways and return to God and the Lord will have mercy and will abundantly pardon. This is the time to Examine ourselves and see where we stand with the Lord and if we need to buy we better do that when it is still possible before the door is shut.

Aísáyà 56: 1-11

2 Tímótì 2:14-26

The Lord admonishes us to keep judgment and do justice; at all times and wherever we find ourselves because, His salvation is near to come, and His righteousness to be revealed.

To achieve these there must be faithful watchmen among God’s people.

But unfortunately today as in the days of Isaiah the prophet; The watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark (they do not preach to wake the people up, warn them of the dangers and put their sins before them and call for immediate repentance.

Instead these watchmen are sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber, (they are taken by the ways of the world, pleasures, addictions, politics and the love of money has become their high priest).

Whose name is Holy

Remember the song, “Immortal, Invisible

Aísáyà 57: 1-20

Orin 116: 15-18

In this world many righteous are taken away or perish out of this earth and no man layeth it to heart; many are killed in terrorist attacks, in religious persecutions. Also merciful men are taken away or killed, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. Some today are killed and some die from wicked hands. People mourn for them; but the word of God here, says that the Lord allowed it to take them away from the evil to come.

But the seed, ye sons of sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the whore, (Babylon and her daughters) are ye not children of transgression a seed of falsehood? Enflaming yourselves with idols, slaying children (abortions) and did send messengers far off, and didst debase thyself even unto hell. I will declare thy righteousness and thy works: for they shall not profit thee. The wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. Repent and be converted while there is still time.

Isaiah 58: 1-14

Orin Dafidi 35: 12-28

One of the best ways to turn to God is through fasting and prayer with praises and worship. One reason to fast is found in Mark 2:18-20, “But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.” Jesus is not with the believers now physically, so it is our time to fast unto God.

All believers must learn to stay alone with God in fasting, prayer and praise ; from time to time especially as the translation is drawing near and we have a job to do, in the quick short work. Make yourself ready for service any moment.

Fasting with prayer helps us to loose the bands of wickedness (addictions of technology, immorality, food, love of money, love of power, and more. Fasting helps us undo the heavy burdens; let the oppressed go free and break every yoke and much more. Then shall we call and the Lord shall answer. And we shall cry and the Lord shall say, Here I am.

Isa. 58:6, “Is not this the fast that I have chosen? To loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Isaiah 57:21, “There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.”

The Lord shall lift up a standard

Remember the song, “Stand up for Jesus.”

Aísáyà 59: 1-21

Orin Dafidi 51: 1-12

Truly sin and iniquity separated man from God; and it is still the main cause to this day. With our tongue we muttered perverseness and with the lips we have spoken lies.

When we do this, the way of peace will be unknown to us; because we have made crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

When we sin and refuse or fail to repent it continues to multiply because the devil will blind you to the truth. These sins will testify against us; and as for our iniquities we know them. And from the heart we speak words of falsehood.

In iniquity truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey.

But in all this God has a covenant with the righteous The Lord said, “My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed and out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed for ever.” Return to the Lord with all thy heart in total repentance, for thy forgiveness.

Isa. 60:1-5, 10-22 There are only two groups of people on earth by the scriptures; the Jews chosen by God and separated by the works of the prophets, and the rest of the world no matter your race, skin color or intellect, social status and economic powers are all Gentiles and strangers from the commonwealth of God.

Then God by taking the form of man brought forth a new group of people who are neither Jews nor Gentiles but are a new creation of God called sons of God, (the saved ones); and their citizenship is in heaven. The only way to become part of this group, called the redeemed of the Lord, is by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior; based on the Cross of Calvary outcomes of God. Arise and shine for thy light has come., and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.

The Lord shall be thine everlasting light

Remember, the song, “Go tell it on the mountain.”

Isaiah 61: 1-11

Luke 9: 28-36

2nd Peter 1:16-17.

In Isa. 11:1, 2; It tell us clearly that there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.

Who is this you may ask? but let him speak for himself as in Luke 4:14-19, Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

John the Baptist testified of Him in John 1:32-34; “I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. —- – Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.”

Also study, John 3:34, “For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.”

Isaiah 64; 4-9

Isaiah 40: 25-31

The scriptures said in Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.”

As sinners before the mercy of the Lord found us, as we accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Before this transformation we were as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away: But for grace we would have no hope.

By we cry out and say, But now, O Lord, thou art our Father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

1st Cor. 2:9 confirms, Isaiah 64:4, “Eye hath not seen, nor ears heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.”

For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, nor hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what He hath prepared for them that waiteth for Him. See, is this scripture for you really?

1st Cor. 2:9, “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

The Lord shall be thine everlasting light

Remember the song, “I need thee every hour.”

Aísáyà 65: 17-25

Proverbs 1: 23-33

Rom. 11: 13-21

Rom. 11:32-34, “For God hath concluded them all in unbelief (Jews and Gentiles), that He might have mercy upon all. O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out. For who hath known the mind of the Lord? Or who hath been his counselor.”

The believers, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, are the joy that was set before him, that He endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God, (Heb. 12:2-6).

Those who do not make the translation; but survived the great tribulation and did not take the mark of the name or the number of his name or bowed to the antiChrist shall enter the millennium, and may live for nearly a thousand years under the rule and earthly kingdom of Jesus Christ. But after 1000 years Satan is released from the bottomless pit and many will believe him again and God destroys them with him and they end in the lake of fire.

Aísáyà 66: 1-24

2nd Thess.2:7-17

The lake of fire finally becomes the judgment place for those who turned Jesus Christ and the Cross down; fallen angels, death, hell, the false prophet and satan; and anyone whose name is not in the book of life.

Those who believed and loved the word of God and the Cross and the Lord Jesus Christ are in eternity because their names are in the book of life; and heaven is their home. And the new Jerusalem is their home and the new earth is covered by the goodness of the Lord.

The wicked; God will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spoke, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.

“Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? Saith the Lord: Shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? Saith thy God, Isa. 66:9.

Isa.66:24, “And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worms shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorrent unto all flesh.”
