JESUS THE BABY COMING BACK AS KING JUDGE AND LORD JESUS THE BABY COMING BACK AS KING JUDGE AND LORD

“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us,” Matt. 1:23. The day the child was born started the birthday which we call Christmas. Historically, the date of 25th December may not be the exact one, because of Roman influences. For the true believer it is a period of thanking God for his love of man, as it is clearly stated in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Do you believe that a virgin gave birth to a Son, JESUS?  That determines where you spend eternity, if you die now. Jesus’ birthday is important.

Christmas is a day the whole world of Christendom remembers the birth of Jesus Christ. The day God became Son of man (prophet / child). God manifested the work of salvation in human form; for He shall save His people from their sins. Isaiah 9:6 explains it all, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

Luke 2:7 is a part of the Holy Scriptures we need to consider today, each day and each Christmas; it reads, “And she brought forth her first born son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.” For even The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Yes, there was no room for them in the inn; including the Savior, the redeemer, God himself (Isaiah 9:6). They did not consider the pregnant woman in labor and her baby, whom we celebrate today at Christmas and each and every day. We give gifts one to another, instead of giving them to Him. As you do these, did you care where and to whom He wants these His gifts delivered to. A moment of prayer for His perfect will would have given you the correct guidance and direction to follow. Did you get His leading on this?

More importantly is the issue of what you would have done if you were the inn (hotel) keeper on the night our Savior was born. They could not provide a place for them in the inn. Today, you are the inn keeper and the inn is your heart and life. If Jesus were to be born today; would you give Him a place in your inn? This is the attitude I wish we will all consider today. In Bethlehem there was no room for them in the inn. Today, your heart and your life is the new Bethlehem; would you allow Him a room in your inn. Your heart and life is the inn, will you allow Jesus into your inn (heart and life)? Remember he is The mighty God and The everlasting Father and The Prince of Peace. What is he to you today, at Christmas and everyday of your earthly life?

The choice is yours to let Jesus into the inn of your heart and life or to refuse Him an inn again. This is a daily affair with the Lord. There was no room for them in the inn, only a manger with the smell in it, but He was the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world, John 1:29. According to Matt.1:21 which inform us that, “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Repent, believe and open your inn to the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ whom we celebrate at Christmas. Follow Him in obedience, love and expectation of His soon return (1st Thessalonians 4:13-18).

This day in good conscience, what is your attitude? Is your inn available to Jesus the Christ? Are there parts of your inn, if you allow Him in, that are off limits? Like in your inn, He cannot interfere in your finances, your lifestyle, your choices etc. Some of us have put limits to the Lord in our inn. Remember there was no room for them in the inn; do not repeat the same thing, as He is about to return as King of kings and Lord of lords. Jesus died on the cross of Calvary to pay the price for the sins of all mankind. Making the way and door open to whosoever is thirsty to come and drink of the water of life, both Jews and Gentiles. Have you found the way and the door? In John 10:9 and John 14:6, you can surely find out who is the way and the door. Jesus rose from the dead, the third day as he prophesied, to confirm John 11:25, where he said, “I am the resurrection and the life.” He shortly after his resurrection ascended to heaven to confirm the coming translation and make us confident in his promise in John 14:1-3.

According to Acts 1:10-11, “And while they looked steadfastly towards heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; which said ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” Jesus will come for the secret and sudden translation of those who died in Christ and those who are alive and remain in the faith. Again Jesus will come to end Armageddon and bring in the millennium; and later the white throne judgment and bringing in the new heavens and new earth as eternity rolls on.

God is love. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. God is also a God of righteousness and judgment. Jesus came as a baby at Christmas (although Christmas of 25th of December is a Roman infusion). His love for mankind made him to take the form of man, God stayed in the womb of a woman for about nine months. He limited himself in his deity to visit man. He was given birth to in a manger, when there was no room for him and Mary and Joseph in the inn. Are you sure you have a room in your inn today? Now he is coming to collect his own in the translation and then judgment starts earnestly. He is coming as King of kings and the righteous judge; remember James 4:12 and Matt. 25:31-46 and Rev. 20:12-15, Jesus as judge.

Christmas season is approaching and the coming of the Lord in the translation could happen any time; suddenly, in an hour you think not, in a twinkling of an eye, in a moment and as a thief in the night. If you gave Jesus Christ a room in your inn, it is likely He would remember you and give you a mansion in heaven. When the book of life and the other books are opened, they will show if you really gave a room to the Lord Jesus Christ in your inn, the inn of your heart and life.

Reverence the Christmas period in holy and appreciative attitude, Jesus for his love for you and me took the form of man and came and died on the cross for you and me. Barabbas was spared death, for Christ took his place, it could have been you. If he failed to believe what Jesus Christ did for him he is lost at the judgment. Now it is your time to see if you really appreciate the Lord. Celebrate the Christmas with reverence and for the love of the Lord. Remember the great tribulation and that Jesus is God of love and also the righteous judge. Heaven and the lake of fire are real and made by Jesus Christ, Colossians 1:16 -18, “——-all things were created by him and for him.” Remember, this Christmas to worship the Lord and join, “the four beasts and twenty and four elders and ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory and blessing,” Revelation 5:11-12.

The Lamb of God who was refused a room in the inn, when he came as God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son; now is coming as the Bridegroom, the King of Kings and the Lord of lords and the righteous judge of the whole earth. You may have accepted him as the gift of God and are saved but that is only one side of the coin. The other side of the coin is enduring till the end and going in the translation when the Bridegroom arrives for his bride, the elect. Are you ready for the other side of the coin? If not, quicken your pace repent and be converted as you accept the gift of God today. If you remember and celebrate Christmas without accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, it means you have no room for Him in your inn, your heart and life. You are mocking the significance of the day. You are in danger of eternal damnation.  Christmas is about Jesus Christ and not commercialism and giving of gifts one to another. Focus of Jesus Christ, find and do what is pleasing to him. Talk about all that Jesus Christ did for you and all mankind. Witness about him and show him appreciation not glorifying yourself and other humans. Jesus Christ said in Rev. 1:18, “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”
